Koshy John's Swizzz Good Morning Swizzzle is a basic but effective (and free) system cleaning tool with some advantages. For example, it walks you step-by-step through each cleaning stage, explaining what it's about to remove and even warning you when caution is advised (like when you're about to delete your stored passwords).
